Originality Technique Impacti like it. but if its underwater , you skip the hair wavi under water, sems like the water is just a blury effect, you could have put some shades and shadows because on top of the water u can see diffrent color, it should had reflected under and on her skin like snakes-~ ~ ~ ~, xD sorry if im not understandable ^^ but i do like it.
but one thing more is that it doesnt have any light above so that reflects on her skin are not that needed, C:
maybe more zoom in the body part under water
and sometimes on the line that divides the water can see the effect of droplets .v.
