When requesting a critique it may help to say a few words about the image - goals, name etc - it could help focus the critique. Anyway - the eyes are captivating, and the composition is perfect to maximize their impact. What I like less is the highlights on the right - top and bottom - to me they are distracting, and take my focus away from the eyes - I am not sure what they are or why they are there, they are confusing and bring down an otherwise superb image. I like having the whole face, but possible with less of these highlights.
